These started showing up all around the fe9nt and back porches (nesr the lights) of the condo we live in. They seem to have pushed all other species out of the area and are the primary spiders now. They seem to be thriving--this is the first year I've ever seen this particular spider. I believe it's part of the Trangular Cobweb Spider family, perhaps?

This is an orb weaver but I can’t find anything similar. nearly all the European imports, that dark (black) pattern forms a “V”. Looks female.
