Sorry, I didn’t know if I could or where to find out the identity of this spider found outside the US. In the picture is the spider who was brought down to above the dish drying rack, seen in foreground.
It’s okay, we want to help people. The easiest way that I know of to identify your spider is to 1: figure out the family ( it’s Araneidae ) 2: the genus ( Araneus, probably). If you need help use the Google Lens app for hints. 3: search the genus in Wikipedia.com https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Araneus Someone put the World Spider Catalog project’s geographic range data into Wikipedia. If you scroll down the genus info you’ll see the species have general ranges listed. If they the typeface is blue there is a photo link. Another option is iNaturalist.
