This is probably a Long-legged Sac Spider in genus Cheiracanthium. They seem to have reproduction cycles throughout the year and don’t live long. I have a male one living in my bathroom behind a switchplate. They hunt on-foot and use their silk to make little silk sleeping bags for themselves. Mine mostly comes out at night and stands on the wall.
They’re not anything to worry about. I’ve been bitten by the species that lives outdoors, but never by the indoors ones.
