This is a funnel weaver, could be Eratigena agrestis. Harmless

Funny, hobo spiders are not really house spiders, they prefer their little rock piles.
I suppose it would be the exact opposite of a house spider ay?
someone needs to fix the spider homelessness problem. we need to turn the hobo spiders into house spiders!
LOL, spiders aren’t homeless, some welcome them, some don’t.
Not really, there are a lot of synanthropic spiders, meaning those that live in, on, or near human habitats.
