I don’t know what kind of spider this is. I live north of Seattle about 30 miles and we have many different kings of spiders. This one makes flat webs as you can see and runs out from being just out of sight. She’s rarely out like this.

Hobo spider, they are in the funnel weaver family and make tose flat sail looking webs mostly in corners or in rock piles. Contrary to hype, they are very harmless
