I don't think I've ever seen a spider quite like this. About the size of a quarter, the cephalothorax and abdomen almost look segmented? Pattern looks like an arrow connected to a circle. Found on the tire of a car that isn't currently being driven with some webbing

Called harvestman. Totally harmless
These are not spiders that are in the order Aranea, they are in the order Opiliones.
That’s kind of what I thought. We have tons of harvestmen/daddy longlegs around (I even have a video of several feeding on a dead mouse!) but this one looks different from the ones I’m used to. I’ve never seen one with such a large body!
