Texas brown tarantula. South side lions park, 78223. Found on a metal park water fountain,87 degrees, moved to a tree so no one would get scared and hurt it. Was all compacted trying to block the sun, unknown if there longer than 20 minutes. It never moved from when I started to won the dog to when I got back, so I placed it on this nearby tree to cool off and hopefully eat. Was kind to me, only stood up twice about having to climb on the stick to be moved, but understood the assignment so I could get it to safety. Never seen anything this big outside the PNW, very lucky dog walk today.

Can someone tell me how to edit the description?
This is a Texas brown tarantula. And I would like to add additional photos of it.
I’m new, and I can not find much as far as this sites UI goes.
You can submit any number of photos, just go through the hoops again.
These are terrestrial spiders, probably didn’t like tree. Just some ground shade and water available, they are happy.
