Harmless female southern house spider, Kukulcania hibernalis. Males are very frequently mistaken for brown recluse, while females tend to be bulkier and have this more black/gray coloration. They can grow quite large but are entirely harmless to humans. Big fan of these guys, they’re really pretty and I find their webs quite unique; they often look more reminiscent to cobwebs than the traditional spider web you picture in your head.
