I've noticed these spiders for the first time recently, and they are fairly numerous. Their body is about 1-2mm. Nocturnal and wandering with no web.I thought they were spiderlings, but now am fairly sure they aren't. As common as they are in my yard now, I think it's odd I've never noticed them before.

Dang! This guy looks like he should be really easy to identify. The markings are distinctive…..but it isn’t in my memory and I haven’t been able to find it online yet.
I appreciate the effort. I’m stumped. They are very small, and that’s the best detail I can get with my phone. They wander around at night, hunting like little zombies. I know most of the spiders in my yard. Even as small as they are, I think it’s odd that I’ve never noticed them before, and wondered if they might be a new exotic. Too bad they aren’t bigger so they could help control my earwig plague. Good luck, and thank you for trying.
It’s drizzling so none were out tonight. I’m not sure that what appear to be white markings on the abdomen isn’t just a reflection from the camera flash. Next time I see one I’ll check to be sure.
