It crawled up my back while I was using the toilet. It has large mandibles and is maybe an inch and a half long, including the legs. I didn’t see its web, but it left strands of silk when it crawled on me. I don’t think it’s a brown widow or brown recluse, but it also doesn’t seem to be a southern house spider.
Looks to be a male Steatoda triangulosa. Quite harmless.
