Trash line orb weaver, odd 3 spiders in the web.
There were only the 2, if I’m not mistaken. The shape at the bottom is some of that aforementioned trash! They seemed to have a really good thing going, plenty of catches around the web, probably since it was all attached to a ground light outside of an office building. I assume that line down the middle (one of them was actively spinning as I watched) must be egg sacs, but I couldn’t find any photos online that looked quite like these, with the rimmed basket sort of shape. Most of those encased blobs are old food bolas. When they are done with it, they will cut it from the web.
