Hello, she (or he) was very fast so first I thought it was a Wolf Spider, once I caught her/him and released in the back yard I knew it wasn't a Wolf Spider, it had at least 3 inches leg spread, no clue what spider is, please help.

This is a male huntsman spider, Heteropoda venatoria. Very harmless, but as you noted, very fast if spooked. One of my favorite spiders, good roach and moth catchers too.
