It looks like a Platnickina alabamensis or a Theridion glaucescens. It's body seemed to be mostly orange with some dark brown on top of It's body and on it's legs in the form of stripes. It was found near our front door right in between the door and the side of the house. Note that we live near a forest, so we get a lot of spiders. I'll try to get a better picture if I can.
