Comments & ID Thoughts
It is small, curled up like it is in it's current state, it could fit on my thumb, though not comfortably; it's the same spider I submitted a picture of with the black triangle on it's abdomen a couple weeks ago. It has markings resembling some sort of orb weaver, though I can't get a good enough picture of it's web. I do know it built it's web in the corner between the side of my house and the door.

It also doesn’t like to be front facing like it is, every other time I’ve seen it it’s ventral is facing me.
It looks like a Nordmann’s orbweaver (Araneus nordmanni)
Araneus nordmanni is found in your region, so likely a good call.
