This is Hypochilus pococki as per Keith and Hedin 2012 distribution studies. It was on a large boulder just inside the entrance to Legion Park.
The "Outdoor Traits" list below needs to be updated; "On rock face" is not among the options, nor anything similar. In my experience they are often found in trees, so the more general "forest" is appropriate, but less precise.

When I say “found in trees”, I meant more broadly, not that the spiders are actually found on a tree.
