I thought this spider was a black widow, but am not sure anymore. I want to get it out because I am afraid of it biting my children, me ,or my pets. Can anyone help tell me what this is?

I have to go with a cobweb spider, if it lacks the neferious red hourglass pattern on the ventral abdomen, it is harmless, no threat to you, your children or pets.
