Hi, I don’t know if this is Araneus trifolium or Araneus diadematus. Either way it is a good calm spider. It will only possible bite in self defense, such as if you were carrying it tightly in your bare hand. Even then, the bite isn’t dangerous. Some people call this type of spider a garden spider others call it an orb web weaver.
