Some type of gigantic orb weaver. It’s abdomen was about the size of a quarter! In the picture, it is in the bottom of a glass cup.

A brief internet search has revealed it to be a Giant Lichen Orbweaver–silly me! All I had to do was look up “large green orbweaver” and it was the first result.
