No idea what it is. It’s got long legs, a long back, and a black spot behind its head. Found it on the stairs coming up from my basement to the outside of the house.

Looks like a long-bodied cellar spider, Pholcus phalangioides

I agree that it looks like P.phalangiodes. They live in cellars, but can also be found in corners and niches throughout a house.
