I really want to know if these are venomous or not. They are small in size, but their body is way bigger than their legs. Sorry for muddy picture, my hands are shaky

I want to also say that in my life I haven’t seen too many different spiders in my country. The usual ones we have are very thin long legs and small body, not venomous although their bite itches and leaves a mark for couple of days. These however have a circular web with them in the middle unlike the other spiders which just lay web everywhere in the form of a curtain.

Are they venomous? Should I be careful when moving them, cuz they nested near a ladder that I will have to move soon and ruin their web 🙁
