Loxosceles reclusa, common name is “Brown Recluse” Fast spiders, normally docile, they like cool, dark places and come out during the after hours to hunt. Their bite ranges from a blister to skin necrosis based on victim sensitivity. They have a nasty habit of hiding in folded clothes that have been sitting in drawers or wardrobes for long periods of time. I recommend shaking out clothing or blankets that have been left on the floor or in boxes for long periods of time.
