Spider was found on a bridge near a large body of water in around an area where crocodiles are present (assuming its freshwater) the spiders appear to be somewhat communal sharing webs with other spiders of its species.
Hi, she looks like a furrow orbweaver, Larinioides cornutus. I saw a lot of orbweaver webs on fences in alligator habitats recently in Florida. Many flying insects breed and emerge from still waters like swamps, it makes sense for spiders that prey on flying insects to surround a place like that
