I found this spider in my daughter’s bed after she had 3 large bad bites. Wondering if this spider bites and what kind it is. Thank you.

Sorry I wanted to add that I’ve never seen a spider with such a yellow body and couldn’t find one online like it.
My closest identification is a yellow sac spider; and they do bite. They also don’t tend to have webs, and it’s possible that it was hiding in the sheets and your daughter rolled onto it, causing to bite in perceived self defense.
