Looks like the family Theridiidae, but I'm a complete amateur, so I'm not sure.

To be more precise, this was found in the staircase of a parking garage. The door to that staircase had been open a lot last week, so it probably came in that way.

I might be answering my own entry, but someone on another spider forum suggested to me that this is probably a Parasteatoda sp.
