I found it in Northeast Libya (Tobruk), and I’m guessing it’s some type of widow spider. Found it on theground and it’s net was above the ground. There were many lines hovering over the ground and it was connected between two thing. I didn’t look at what it was connected to.. there was a red thick line near it’s stinger and other big dots around the stinger
