This appears to be a female Steatoda Bipunctata a.k.a Rabbit Hutch Spider. Often mistaken for a black widow spider (Latrodectus) due to its similarity in size and coloration. Where as the Widow has an hour glass Steatoda Bipunctata has a beautiful infinity symbol marking its underside.
