Comments & ID Thoughts

This little fella seemed to have met his demise somehow (it wasn't me, spiders are generally my buddies).
It was laying lifeless on my apartment sidewalk, not near any grass or water, outside a new building (built 2014/15) Temperature has been 100-115° high recently, we live in Central AZ in the desert.
Mesa, Arizona..about 20 minutes East of Phoenix, July 2018.
Looks to me like what would happen if an Orb Weaver and a Black Widow had a baby. (Haha) But also is Definitely not either, as I've seen both of those types in real life myself.
Can't say anything about its behavior, given it was unfortunately dead.
But it was smooth, not fuzzy, has quite a bubbly round butt with super cool pattern (see pic) in brown, white, an orange-red.
My closest actual guess would be a Triangular Cobweb Spider I believe.

Please let me know if I am correct, as well as if this spider is dangerous or not (found it walking with my toddler, and it's the second one I've seen this month). Thanks!!

This is an immature black widow. The color pattern changes as it ages.
