This is an arrow-shaped micrathena, or micrathena sagittata part of the araneidae family. I found a few spined micrathenas in Oklahoma not to long ago.
In case you’re worried, they’re practically harmless. You’d have to press her down on your skin in order to even make it possible to get bitten. Even then the aftermath would be the same effect a mosquito bite has.
