Anyone know what kind of tarantula this is? I found it at my ranch in Deep South Texas.

This appears to be an Aphonopelma Anax, common name Texas tan. It looks like a mature or at least fairly old female, in my opinion, due to the proportion of the legs and body. They’re known to be pretty docile as a species. This one doesn’t appear to have been eating very well, the abdomen is quite small compared to the rest of the body.
