The spider species Dysdera crocata, commonly known as Woodlouse Hunter, belongs to the genus Dysdera, in the family Dysderidae. This one was in my garage, Ft Carson, CO, and was already curled up in the dead position. Although still slightly moving.
If it is a female could she have just lain eggs?
