Hello there! I believe what you have there is actual the Crane Fly, also known as the “mosquito eater”. They are similar to spiders in that they do eat some insects, but the 3 legs and apparent wings on its back tell me it’s more likely a crane fly.
Crane flies are erroneously known as “mosquito eaters;” for the most part, their mouthparts are not functioning. Others eat nectar. None are carnivorous.
