Looks like Araneus marmoreus.
I think this is a shamrock orbweaver, Araneus trifolium. A. trifolium has leg markings in red and white or black and white. A. marmorous has legs that transition from red and white to black and white toward the feet. A marmorous isn’t fuzzy, but A trifolium can be.
