Today while going to a grocery shopping, I saw this spider. This looks different that the ones I've been seeing inside my apartment, thank god, as it looks scary! Any idea what it is, how "bad" it is etc.. etc.. thanks...

None of the spiders that make the classic, round spiderweb are dangerous. This looks like a furrow orbweaver, Larinioides cornutus
