It looks like either a wolf or a grass spider to me. I’m leaning towards grass, since I’m in Edmonton and I’ve been getting quite a few around my house this winter. A wolf spider bite may hurt and swell, but it’s not usually dangerous to people, while a grass spider shouldn’t be dangerous at all.
