Hi, I think the bigger spider is a cellar spider in family Pholcidae. The spider to the right isn’t in focus enough to ID. Almost all spiders have venom for killing their prey. There are different chemicals in different species’ venom that act differently on different animals. This one’s venom is at the low end of risk of medical reaction for people in general.
