Schizocosa mccooki. I found it in the basement just laying in floor by itself and had just died from bug spray as it was still soft. I have another picture of it's bottom side which has two small white dots and a much large yellow spot. I hesitate to call it a dot as it's not a perfect circle but has a unique shape as you can see in the picture. When living in NW TN we seen these often and just called them grass spiders as they were common to see outside in the grass.
