That is how I would have identified it too. The World Spider Catalog doesn’t recognize its range as being in Brazil. It is still possible though less likely. There are many other related crab spiders in Brazil. I’m haven’t found identification info for them though.

Thinking the carapace is too hairy for M. oblongus as well. I’m sorry I don’t know the species in Brazil well enough to suggest a genus.
