No idea but there are about 1000 spider rangeing in size in huge web in space above large out building coming down stairs

Hello, these spiders are dead. They were probably in the genus Pholcus. There are fungal parasites that kill the spiders and make them climb high as they die. The fungus strands burst out of the spider at the joints. That puts fungus spores in the air to infect other spiders. The genus of the fungus may be Torrubiella.
