Cant confirm ID from this photo, but either Latrodectus species, widow, or Steatoda “false widow”.
True widows usually (but not always) have a red/hourglass marking of some kind on the underside. This can fade as the spider gets older and darker.
Steatoda species are generally smaller in size, have a near identical body shape but slightly different proportions, and no red underside marking (ventral marking).
