I'm thinking it is a green lynx spider possibly. I found it on my bumper when leaving an appointment in Grovetown, Ga at about 9:30 am on 24 August 2018.

Yes, this is a green lynx, Peucetia viridans. They can control the chemical balance in their bodies to change their colors. I like to see how they handle different backgrounds. Purple, yellow, and green are their easiest colors and this one is going for a little of bit of each.
