Hi, welcome to SpiderID. 🙂 You found a kind of Orb Weaver, Araneus gemmoides (Cat-Faced Spider).
It’s very creepy, and not very cat faced!
It takes a little imagination and to see them from a different angle to understand how they got the nickname “Cat-Faced Spider”. Here’s another individual, imagine the points on the abdomen are ears and the white “3” pattern is a mouth.
