Unidentified

This is a very common spider in my house. I have had different females living in my kitchen window, for several years. This spider looks like a female, as the males who come by, are smaller and more of a brown color. I have watched them live, eat, sleep and mate. They are not one to hide in the dark. They in fact thrive in the sunlight. She will spend the night in the corner of the window, where, each night she reinforces her “sleeping web” after she crawls in.
