Hi, this is a cross orbweaver, Araneus trifolium. It is an orbweaver kind of spider. They are calm useful spiders. Their webs are big, strong and round. They prefer to avoid interactions with you too 🙂 They are very unlikely to bite and the bite is about equal to a bee sting.
