Black yellow spider first time ever seeing one

Is this the first for Delaware cause I was just checking and I haven’t seen any of the 79 times that it has been seen all of the states mention . There no sign that mention Delaware. My daughter was the first to see it and I’m the second would we be number 80 ..
It’s a yellow garden spider or Argiope aurantia. The zig zag in the web is thought to deter birds or simply as camouflage. They are relatively harmless in that they are not very aggressive to humans, and their bite is similar to a bee sting. They are found everywhere in the U.S., as well as Mexico and Canada. Gorgeous spider, and they can get pretty big.
