Black and white, has 4 dots on the back. Kinda looks like he's playing piano aggressively all the time, and hasn't been paying rent. Need to know his name so I can kick it out. Seems not to respond to all the bland suburban names I've given him, and is especially hostile when I call him Mr. Bojangles.

And that’s why she wasn’t fond of the nickname “Mr Bojangles.” She is right to withhold the rent payments, What kind of slumlord doesn’t even finish putting up the sheetrock?! You can call her by her formal name, Argiope aurantia in the eviction notice. If she stays to work on her career as a pianist you can call her by her stage name, Yellow Orbweaver.
