Although spider wasn't on it's web it is most definitely
orb-weaver. Araneidae family, Larinioides genus, but I don't know exact species. Is is even possible to determine it without examination of genitalia?
From what I read, larinioides cornutus (furrow orb-weaver) doesn't have white bands on the side of its head, but are there more rules?
