Hi, welcome to SpiderID. 🙂 Your spider is an Argiope Orbweaver, given the location it may be either Argiope blanda or Argiope argentata. I’m not sure which from this image.

I need to look up the distinguishing characteristics, too much going on at the moment. But I think the ventral (underside) of the spider is supposed to have a different pattern on it. Some of the protrusions may be shaped a little different too. So images of those things may help. Your spider looks female.
