This spider created its web between my house and my container garden that has cucumbers and tomatoes in it. Including its legs, it is about an inch to an inch and a half.

Please help me identify this spider. I have children and need to know if I should let it be or try to move it so they don’t get bitten. Thank you for your help in advance.
