Hi there this spider in your photo may be a Orb-Weaver spider :3

CalumEwing

It is one of the Golden Silk Orb Weavers, genus Nephila, but I’m not too familiar with the various species of Nephila occurring in India.

Hi. I think your spider is Nephila pilipes species, gold silk orb weaver. Quite harmless, can get quite large also.
