Hi, your spider is Argiope aurantia, an orbweaver spider. They aren’t dangerous to people. They do have venom for self defense and for killing prey. You shouldn’t get bitten unless you’re really harassing the spider. They are known for the big round webs they make in open places, like on the left side of your photo.
